Vocal Communities had the privilege to take part in the quarter finals of the Santander Entrepreneurship Awards 2021, in partnership with SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) the three-day event brought together entrepreneurs from 80 universities across the United Kingdom. Vocal Communities pitched their flagship product the Councillor and Local Government academy. The three day programme was had contribution from business leaders and was attended by Dame Jessica Ennis Hill, Alexander Kent-Braham, Co-founder and Co-CEO OF Marshmallow and executives from Santander.
In the months prior to the competition, our team had been attending and contributing to seminars and workshops with fellow entrepreneurs to develop their business skills and build strong networks.
